Organization
Bureau Waardenburg distinguishes the following three departments:
- Aquatic ecology
- Nature and Landscaping
- Bird ecology
For each project a team of workers is assembled of these three departments, each member bringing in his or her specific expertise on the subject.A project manager is responsible for keeping the client informed about the progress. Short lines of communication and regular feedback to the client are hallmarks of our working method - right from the preparatory stage, when a clear description of the project and its goal is formulated together with the client.
A high level of involvement and enthusiasm of our staff members characterizes the Bureau. Continuity is high, due to a low turnover of our staff. Our people are keenly motivated, inventive, and focused on results: just the qualities that are needed to fully meet the client's particular requirements. In addition, all the necessary technical resources are available, ranging from laboratory facilities, film and video equipment, boats, fish sampling gear (trawls, beamtrawls, fikes etc.), diving equipment, instruments for field measurements, electronic registration systems, custom-written computer software, to radar systems developed specifically to study bird movements.
We make it our priority to be abreast of national and international trends in order to ensure that we continue to deliver top quality products.
